Another great small restaurant on torstrasse is Themroc, a cute small french restaurant. Its recently open for lunch (except on the weekends). They only serve two to three main dishes but there’s no need for more selection when a restaurant offers tasty meals like them. I attended the 4PP dinner hosted by Picknick last tuesday. We must have been in a very very good mood, to not get angry as we waited 2,5 houre (!) for our food (my lifetime record). But it was actually a nice evening, thanks to my lovely friends visiting from Zurich. Lucky we were not hungry… Tonight (27.7.) some french guys serving a four course menu. Sounds nice. In the back yard from Picknick, Berlin-Mitte. 12€/menu.

Evan if i wouldn’t be involved in the project, “FIN” marks one of the best Fashion Week Closing party Berlin ever had. We started in january with the first one and did the second edition two weeks ago. What an amazing night! Starting with a BBQ for the whole DERZEIT team, a cocktail reception at 10 followed by an incredible party till the sun was high up in the sky. An amazing set by the girls from Moustache Mamas, Hugo Capablancas deepness and NOMADs craziness till the last one left. Some party pictures here.

Thats by fare the best Falafel place in whole Berlin! You can’t get a better tasting one. Has lots of fresh stuff inside, including refreshing mint leaves, syrian style Falafel, fresh made right in front of you. He’s related to DADA Falafel on Oranienburger Strasse, but i think it’s way better! Best Falafel i ever had! On Torstrasse 193, next to Toca Rouge.

After a long night we sent the first issue of DERZEIT for the summer fashion week Berlin at 7am to print. And just 2 hours later we picked it up ant now its spread all over berlin. Yea. Get your free copy at the usual fashion stores in Berlin or at the trade shows.

I watched the game Japan - Uruguay yesterday. The game was pretty boring, but the fans on Torstrasse next to the post office where amazing! Never saw that many japanese people in Berlin. Where are suddenly coming from?
